Fluoride is an extremely common mineral found in some foods, most public drinking water systems, and in the many oral care products you use every day. Of course, our dental office also includes it as part of your routine dental appointments through fluoride therapy. Applying fluoride to your teeth following your cleaning only takes a few minutes, is completely painless, and works to strengthen and protect your existing enamel. Even applications just one to two times a year can mean the difference between having a healthy smile and one filled with cavities.

Oral Cancer Screenings

Whether you have multiple risk factors for oral cancer or not, our dental office always stays proactive against this harmful condition that can negatively affect both your oral and overall health. During your routine exams, we perform screenings to confirm the presence of red or white patches of tissue, lumps or bumps in the mouth or neck, and oral sores that have not healed even after multiple weeks.
